Wheelchair Positioning

What is the name of the workstation when a person pushes the wheelchair patients from place to place? For example in the form of surgery to radiology, or the patient's room to surgery.

It depends where you are. In the United Kingdom, they are known as carriers (or carrier).

In the U.S., I think they are known as messengers (ordinate).
