Wheelchair Hire Melbourne

I am 26 years old, I live in Melbourne have cerebral palsy, I was looking for a job for 5 years, but had no success. I'm in a wheelchair and only have a full function of my right hand, I was integrated in a special school into mainstream education at age seven years since I graduated from high school and continuing education in the arts and psychology. I have no trouble getting interviews, but never managed to get the job I was working with an agency and had seven specialized consultants for the job. Believe me they also have doubts about my abilities, I am the only customer with whom they dealt that is in a wheelchair. I was told that if an employer has grown up with a wheelchair, I will not be hired because there is always someone better place.

Please help me I do not know what to do??? I just want to be like everyone else I want someone to accept me as I am.
