Twin Bed Rails

Twin Bed RailsDo I get a crib or bed rails w twins?

My son is 22 months when my next child is born. I do not want to buy a new bed, so I tell myself I transition my son to a new bed. I do not know what is best for that, is it worth to get a child's bed or if I just get a double and buy tracks? My son is in 90% of the height, so I'm not sure how long he could use a toddler bed. Advice please?

I would get a twin bed. My son is 26 months and sleeps in a toddler bed, because we bought a bed that converts into a single ... some nights when he has nightmares and we need to stay in bed with him it is really hard ... I'm already considering a double bed.

We are willing to do the same thing when we have another child. We'll buy our son a twin bed. This will save you money in the long run because it will end up out of bed toddlers. My son is 2 1 / 2 and already a little over 3 feet and it will be too great. We are a family of high!

You can let them choose a new bed and make him a Child "great" room when the new baby arrives so that he does not feel left out when everyone is involved with the baby.

You can check JCPenney.com or if you have a Big Lots near you they sell twin beds. Wal-Mart sells a game, but it depends if you want solid wood or cardboard stuff that will not last as long.

If you can afford it, go ahead with the twins. Buy well and it will last for years!

We were on a tight budget when our first two babies. They were only 13 months apart, if we had two (used) beds with new mattresses for several months in the nursery.

One day, when my eldest was about 13 months (already on) I went into the nursery in the morning and discovered she had left the nursery. She was safe and play, but that day I put her mattress on the floor surrounded by pillows.

It was not long before a neighbor gave us a toddler bed for her (the child they had exceeded) In one year we had two beds, child!

It was all about the budget, though. We had a "rule that furntiture free is allowed to enter our house) and it has been for many years.

Our children are now 11, 10 and 7 and all have their own beds and bedrooms. We still have the budget for everything, but we are able to buy what we really need. As computers:)

I had my son with a double bed with a mattress, put it on the floor instead of putting it on a frame, and used one of those tracks that hooks under the mattress. This way, you do not have to buy a bed when they outgrow the toddler bed

get a day bed with a rail

If you think it is ready I like to buy a double bed, more expensive now, but he can use for a long period. If you have money to spare like race car beds that convert twin mattresses mattresses. If you go with a child's bed or sofa bed race car on craigslist I really look like they are not used for long if often sold in very good condition. I bought a bed Little Tikes Train child for just $ 40 Canadian and my son loves him (makes the transition easier). Whatever you decide to do, I will transition to read aa few months before the baby arrives so that he does not feel he is driven from its "cradle".
