I walk off and become a struggle to find comfortable shoes but still cute.
I do not want to wear old grandmother ugly orthopedic shoes or something ...
Im just looking for some cute flats and boots and casual.

Ugh, I have the same problem! I can not wear normal shoes because they kill my feet, but I had these new pads if my feet and knees do not hurt. I'm going to zappos.com because they have different search options so that you can choose exactly what size to get into many different brands.
