when walking, does it make a difference where a pedometer is worn?

Not really. All it does is to detect the up and down movement of your walking / running gate. It depends on what type of setup you have, but most are worn on the waist area with a support-type belt clip. I have seen others who have a belt, you can put on your arm or leg. Again, it does not matter where it is heated until it is on your body.

Most people focus on their size .. if u have an iPod, then they make shoes that send a signal to your iPod and tells u how faar you went .. but more often to focus on heart size
