If it does not work at all, you have to have it repaired. Usually, the instructions are clear enough for a lay user.

Omron makes several different models. But they all work about the same way. Put the cuff around your arm, turn the machine on and press Start.
If this does not work, call the company, or to resume where you bought it.

I have a blood pressure monitor Omron Digital Hem-712-C. It requires 4 AA batteries. Have you changed the batteries? Place the cuff on the elbow, made sure it is snug. Sometimes the hose will be just a little machine on the left side, make sure it is in every sense. Top button turns the machine and the button at the bottom starts to measure blood pressure. Show a little heart in the right corner and a large zero center to the right.
