Nordic Exercise Nordic Walking Made Easy, the number 1 Total Body Workout My name is Paul Collins and I am a licensed physical therapist (physiotherapist) and INWA qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. I am writing this article in the hope that people understand the benefits of Nordic walking and increasing awareness of world financial year (although as far as I am aware of what is happening now). Nordic walking is fitness walking using poles. Unlike walking, the poles must be placed at 45 degrees to the ground to give a more propulsive with the ground by pushing the poles. The main benefits of Nordic walking are the burning of 20-50% more energy than normal walking, making it an ideal exercise to lose weight. Nordic walking is weight on the lower back, hips, knees and ankles. This makes the Nordic walking good exercise for people who do not like shaking when jogging or walking traditional as well as people with medical conditions that give rise to mobility, increased pain and recovery reduced form. Nordic Walking is an organization labeled "Total Workout", mainly because it allows 90% of body muscles to work with an exercise. This allows the load placed on the body to be spread, which makes the exercise easier than feeling walking / jogging at similar exercise intensities. Benefits of Nordic Walking include outdoor exercise, you can exercise alone or with friends and family, you can do it anywhere and you will enjoy the wildlife and beautiful natural surroundings, at the same time. You can enjoy Nordic walking, whatever your age or fitness level. My five years of teaching experience Nordic Walking in the United Kingdom combined with work as a physiotherapist helped me to adapt the exercise for people of all ages with a variety of fitness levels and medical conditions. Right now, I have had excellent results working with people to lose weight, improve mobility and to recover from such conditions as stroke, heart disease, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, but to name a few. Please feel free to visit my world of Nordic Walking Educational website and enjoy exclusive information on this fascinating exercise and the benefits that Nordic walking has to offer.
