MarketplaceMinimed Paradigm Having a problem with my Medtronic Minimed Paradigm 522/722 Real-Time Insulin Pump? Well then a few hours ago I get an error "engine" warning and my pump off completely. Medtronic I called and they told me to replace the batteries, what I did. my pump turned on for about 10 minutes with a brand new battery before closing again (without warning for the moment). replacing the batteries are not helping this time, any suggestions on what I should do? I had once ... they need to send you a new pump. Call them again right now and they'll replace it overnight, then they will give you a box to send the old back. In the meantime, you have to do injections until it happens if you can run it again. I suppose you use Energizer Max? These are the ones you need to use. Have you called Medtronic back? call them again and you check the glucose level often You must call Medtronics and also think about the return to the place where you got it, they should give you a replacement.
