Meniscus Damage

I take my cartilage operation in two days, then six weeks after that I will have my second surgery. I'm wondering if I'll be able to play tennis in July?

Depends on the damage to the ligaments. If it was just the meniscus then yes. Mostly it is about a year before the ligaments are good to go.

I doubt .. I had many friends / family members go through ligament.

depending on what type of surgery you, you could be up and running from a few days to several weeks later. PT and then you have all this stuff ... So I do not think you will, but really, who am I to know! haha, good question to ask your doctor:)
