Medical Id Store

I would like to start a business selling flash drives stored with one of the following; medical records, identification of children (if no children), Senior ID (in case of loss, etc..) , Last will (what you want to happen if you were in an accident and left in a coma, etc. .. or if you were to pass, organ donor, etc. ..), also store photos, inventories at home, etc. ..) Does anyone know of a place I could get all the equipment I need roughly? Not only big Web sites like Ebay or DH Gate. Here is a list of things I know I need if I left something please feel free to let me know. 1) all in one printer with low ink usage, but must have a fax and 2) fingerprint scanner for fingerprint children and others who use the emergency id 3) fabric painting clear blue background to take photos 4) flash drives did not need much space to 2.1 GB will be fine, but will need 100 has at great prices 5) software with the child and format ID Medical info format If you guys could help me I will thank you. advertising will be your biggest problem and search for expenditure in this before putting much money into stocks and equipment. Been there done that.
