Is a paramedic recognize an alert medical bracelet if it had beads or charms on the band?

There are some I can buy online, they have a plaque with the medical symbol medical star, but the bands are either a string or pearls on it.

As long as the beads do not have the shadow of the star medical symbol, it should go. Those on the site Search tastefully done so I think you'd be.
