Gentle Foreskin Stretcher

Gentle Foreskin Stretcher Then phimosis really be cured without circumcision?

Has anyone heard of the SFP (Gentle foreskin stretcher) that are advertised on the Internet? If yes, does it work?
My foreskin always gets stuck in the head because he is too tight, which, of course, it is impossible to ever "finish". I would appreciate any suggestions and comments about this ball GFS or any other suggestions.

Yes, in fact, most cases of phimosis can be cured without surgery. There are many ways to treat and cure phimosis.

The first thing you should try the stretching exercises. See link 1 for detailed instructions on the property and what to do. You should do these exercises for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month, preferably right after a shower / bath, where most of the foreskin is flexible.

If after one month and there is little or no progress, ask a doctor about prescription creams sure you loosen the foreskin. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can provide (link 2, names of creams in one of the tables). Be aware that the creams can also take a month or more to get the full effect, but you should be able to speed things up a bit by combining them with stretching exercises.

Again, in almost all cases of phimosis the above two treatments (or a combination of both) are all you need. Since you seem mild phimosis (from your description), the above treatments will almost certainly work. Any type of surgery should be considered as a last resort when the above fails (which is very unlikely in your case).

View other links for more info on phimosis and good luck with everything you try.

Go to wikipedia.com as phimosis and you get a pretty detailed list of treatments and the good news is that you do not need to be circumcised.

I can not tell you much about what happened, but I think it is great that you try to solve this problem without mutilating your penis circumcise. I hope you find the answers you need to keep your penis naturally.

do not think others who say that you need to get cut because I'm sure you can keep this vital part of your anatomy.

Even if you do not have phimosis, you do not need circumcision. Your foreskin is fine. Until you can show the head to wash when you take a shower, it's fine. Regarding the problem when hard, your friend is right. Gentle stretching will fix that.
