I really aching legs and at one point a doctor thought I had a blood clot in the beginning, but I used to be a distance runner and now I bike. When I went to bed at night, I can not sleep because my legs hurt. The doctor advised me to wear socks or tights compression. I tried the compression socks at first, but when I tried the tights they work much better. I always shaved my Leggs for cycling, and the sticky is 8-15 mm / compression or HG Futuro Jobst. The problem is that they have the appearance of normal female tights. I do wear them under my pants most of the time, and sometimes I sleep in them and I feel 98 percent better, but when I wore them with shorts when everyone gave me a weird look.
