Facial Prosthesis

Does anyone know a website that provides information on the decisions of rubber (or?) Prosthesis as in the various accessories on a costume from Star Trek Borg? It would be the same kind of info in the manufacture of other rubber parts like a big nose or ears of Spock.

On the screen, they usually use latex, but on stage I think the wax is more common. The wax is made by Ben Nye.
