My husband and I try, I think we have developed a little over five days, so how can I take the early "pregnancy test early with a correct answer?

The first day of your period of absence. Even the former are not accurate. If you read the back of the box, five days before is 50% accurate, four days is 60% at the beginning, etc. Or, you can go to the doctors after I think 7 days for a blood test. This would be the fastest. When I was pregnant with my third, I had the first, and he did not come up positive until the day my period was due. Good luck!
