Dental veneers are very expensive and can be very bad for the existing teeth. Cosmetic veneers are (usually) an elective procedure done for cosmetic reasons.

If you have little money or not, you're not a good credit risk for a dental office. Since you do not say you're in pain, suffering or following an imperfect smile, there is little reason for other people to pay - or loan money to - your cosmetic procedure.
