Cash Brace

Is it weird that my orthodontist wants to deposit cash only braces? I asked if I can just give him a check, but he insisted on cash. Its about about $ 700 deposit. I wonder if it is out to dodge taxes or something.

Any opinions?

Yeah that seems a little suspicious. They are not supposed to care. My orthodontist has received any type of payment was given. Maybe you should question or simply go to another orthodontist?
