Breath Testing

I see the word TEST inaccurate. field sobriety test observations are used to show probable cause for arrest. I agree that some tests are not fair, and argued the point before the court, but I've come to a conclusion after administration comments that three instructions. Other than traffic violations, clear, strong / detectable odor of alcoholic beverage, slurred speech, difficulty following simple directions, balance, walking and finger to nose observation was more than sufficient to make a decision.
