Brace Beemer

Brace Beemer (December 9, 1903 - March 1, 1965) was an actor and radio presenter at the American radio station WXYZ, Detroit, Michigan. He was the host of The Lone Ranger was first broadcast in 1933. Beemer took over the voice of The Lone Ranger (aka John Reid), from 1941 to end the series in 1955. He also represented Sergeant Preston (Yukon) Challenge of the Yukon. He was born in Mount Caramel, Illinois, and is buried in Troy, Michigan.
