Betadine Spray

Betadine SprayHow do I use a spray Betadine for episiotomy? My wound and stitches arent yet healed and 24 days of delivery Im

The obstertrician told me that my skin is very sensitive and the sutures were opened after 2 weeks of delivering my baby so I made another and yet the wound is completely healed .. . So wot shoulda done? Im worried and I can not do the exercise "!

What betadine?

Have you tried to have a hot bath with a cup table salt in it every night? This is what the midwives at the hospital told me after the delivery of my two children, I have not had an episiotomy, but I was torn heaps and have billions of stitches. It remains took about 4-5 weeks for the tear to heal and I think most women have very sensitive skin around their genitals, lol. I do not know if I would like to use betadine, unless your Ob said too, so if it never occurred to me to use a mirror and spray until it is covered. But salt baths are good, I had one every night for two weeks and the salt kills any infection that contributes to the dry season the wound and keep it clean. If you're still having problems returning it and see your Ob.
