Army Body Fat

Army Body FatWhat are the standards for body fat percentage for the U.S. Army in 2009?

I can not find the date standards body fat percentage.
I am young woman of 17 years. The standard is 30% or 32% for the body of the U.S. Army standard update fat percentage?

If you find the body fat standards, they have not changed. I would not worry too much about this but if you can pass the height and weight. Otherwise, the Army "tape", you imply that measuring different parts of the body to obtain an estimate body fat (which is rarely true). Most people pass the test strip. Height and weight standard army is ridiculous if body fat is easy to pass. I have been in 3 years and never registered it (I weigh 20 pounds on the standard for my height), but I always pass by band of at least 3%.

For once, you get revenge ... Before that, the standard should be easy to you, they always want more people, even though virtually all recruitment targets are met ...

Age 17-20 - 30%
