Adult Bed Rail

What are the bumpers or rails that go on the beds for adults to prevent children / babies from rolling off the bed? I just wonder because my son thinks that I no longer feel comfortable sleeping next to me at night, then in the manger himself.and im ok with that. it's just that I do not sleep because I'm constantly waking up to make sure it hasn't gotten out of bed. If someone could fill me in what they are called, and links to where I can find (I live in VA, so target / Walmart / Toys R Us and Babies R Us are the places that I am close ) .. I really want to go out and get a job after

I bought a bed rail toddler at Baby Depot and it works for us.

In fact, it keeps me in bed because the baby likes to be between me and Dad.

You'll certainly be able to find them at Babies R Us, and perhaps the target or Walmart.
